I bought a sofa and a coffee table, and the sofa does look nice and it’s comfortable enough. But after only a few weeks, the fabric started pilling a bit, which was disappointing. It’s not even about expecting something fancy or high-end, I just figured for the price it would hold up a little better. The coffee table feels solid, so it wasn’t all bad, and delivery went fine. Overall, everything is okay, but the couch quality feels average.

"Helpful and Respectful Service"
I had a good experience here. It took a little bit to find someone to help me at first, but once I did, the sales guy was great. He answered my questions, gave me space to look around, and didn’t pressure me into anything, which I really appreciated. that kind of basic respect and patience goes a long way. I’d definitely shop there again

I spent some time browsing levinfurniture.com, and the prices felt way too high for what I was looking at. The furniture seemed fine, but not enough to justify the cost. Then once you factor in delivery and all the little extras, it felt like the goalposts kept moving and the total just kept creeping up. I couldn’t help thinking I could probably find something really similar somewhere else for less.

I was checking out a sofa, and the product info wasn’t hard to figure out at all. The size, fabric details, and delivery notes were all right there, so I wasn’t left with no big questions or anything.
The only thing I’d say is I wish the photos showed the colors a little better. But overall, the site made it easy to compare different options without much hassle.

Everything I ordered showed up exactly right, same colors and pieces I saw on the site. The delivery took a bit longer than I was hoping, but I think it was just bad timing more than anything. There were no mix-ups with the order, so overall I’m happy with it.

I ordered from Levin Furniture and overall it went okay, but the billing part was a little messier than I expected. I figured the promo code and total would be super clear before checkout, but I wasn’t totally sure the discount applied until after I placed the order.
My card was charged quickly, while the confirmation email took longer than I thought it would. Compared to other sites where the email shows up almost instantly, it made me a bit nervous for a little while.
I did reach out to customer service and they explained everything, so it ended up being fine. Nothing really went wrong, but I’d feel better if the payment details and promo code info were clearer before hitting submit.

Just a heads up for anyone considering these: the cushions are on the harder side. They’re not terrible, but if you prefer something soft and cozy to sink into, you might want to keep that in mind or plan to add a throw pillow or cushion topper.
